Free update terms of each package will start from the date when WOT step has been fulfilled. However if the customer did not provide the requested datalog due to any reason not related to Ultimate Tune Ltd. within that specific period then the terms should be considered exhausted

In the event of paid and processed services no portion of any payments of any kind whatsoever previously provided to Ultimate Tune Ltd. hereunder shall be owed or be repayable to the consumer, however unprocessed services (undelivered tuning package) cancelation is possible with no fees.

We reserve the right to request that you remove all links or any particular link to our Website. You approve to immediately remove all links to our Website upon request. We also reserve the right to amen these terms and conditions and it’s linking policy at any time.
